Despite spending time with Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez hasn’t lost her pop princess charm just yet. Selena, a former Disney star, turned heads at the Leonardo Dicaprio Foundation Launch with a bold side-split gown, but later switched to a classy black prom dress at the St Tropez auction. The 22-year-old singer effortlessly pulled off two distinct looks in one star-studded night.
After a day of soaking up the sun on the French Riviera with her new friend Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez looked absolutely stunning as she stepped off a boat in a unique asymmetrical Grecian dress on her way to the Domain Bertraud Belieu vineyard.
The beautiful floor-length dress featured a satin layer that transitioned into a studded slip dress, giving a peek at Selena’s toned legs. Her hair was elegantly styled in a low chignon as she sported matching gold stilettos while walking along the coastline.
Despite the thigh high slit revealing a bit more than intended, the singer managed to maintain her poise and grace as she made her way to the vineyard.
Later on, the celebrity changed into a more comfortable outfit, wearing a full-skirted fairytale dress that ended at the knee. The dress had a fitted bodice that emphasized Selena’s small waist and a black tutu-style skirt, matching her shoes. She added a veiled headband to accessorize her elegant up-do from earlier in the evening.
The special event, a first of its kind, raised over $25 million for a rare wilderness area. The auction kicked off with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle sale, provided by host Leonardo DiCaprio along with Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro. Celebrities like Daisy Lowe, Petra Neomcova, and Marion Cotillard were entertained by performances from U2 frontman Bono and Robin Thicke.
