The Olsen Dynasty: Elizabeth’s Unexpected Power Move Takes Tinseltown by Storm!

Well, we all know what John Stamos is doing as soon as the pandemic allows. The actor’s obsession with Disneyland is well documented, and on Thursday, Mar. 25, he shared a photo in honor of its impending reopening. But it isn’t just any vintage Disney visit picture. Stamos shared an old photo of himself and Full House co-stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen at Disneyland in what would have been the late ’80s or early ’90s.

In the photo Stamos posted on Thursday, he and the Olsen twins, who shared the role of Michelle Tanner on Full House, pose with Minnie Mouse. The 57-year-old actor captioned the post, “#TBT In honor of @disneyland opening soon!”ae0fcc31ae342fd3a1346ebb1f342fcb

Stamos is a huge fan of the amusement park, and he has a collection of Disney memorabilia. His wife, Caitlin McHugh, is a big fan, too. They got engaged at the theme park and also spent their first anniversary there.

Unlike her two older sisters, Elizabeth didn’t become a professional actor until she was an adult. Now, the 32-year-old star is best known for playing Wanda Maximoff (aka Scarlet Witch) in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies and the spinoff TV series WandaVision.

On Mar. 4, Stamos shared a photo of himself with a young Elizabeth and celebrated her hit Marvel Disney+ show. “One day she’s a little girl wandering the set, and next thing you know, she’s taking over a whole town, mind controlling the citizens to play out her favorite TV Sitcoms!” Stamos wrote. “They grow up so fast…”

Stamos reprised his character Jesse for the Full House sequel series, Fuller House. When the show was shooting its last season, Stamos posted a photo from his time on the original series. It shows either Mary-Kate or Ashley—it’s impossible to tell—sitting on his lap. “Here’s an O.G throwback as we wrap up the 5th and final season of @fullerhouse,” he wrote in the caption. While many of the original stars appeared on Fuller House, the Olsen twins (who no longer act) did not return, though Michelle was occasionally mentioned.

In August 2019, Stamos posted about his 56th birthday, but shared a photo from a past celebration. The pic shows him blowing out candles on a birthday cake while holding either Ashley or Mary-Kate. “Been on a slight ‘social media cleanse’ (highly recommended btw) but wanted to thank you for all the birthday wishes,” he wrote. “Here’s a throwback of a different birthday from another (life) time.” He also added the hashtag “#notsurewhicholsen.”

Mary-Kate and Ashley have moved fully into the fashion world, but one moment from their TV and movie days got fans talking recently. Read more with This Resurfaced Oprah Interview With Mary-Kate and Ashley Has Fans Livid.

The Olsen family aren’t the only kids featured in Stamos’ many throwback pics. He’s also shared an old picture of himself with Jodie Sweetin, who played Stephanie on Full House and on Fuller House. He captioned the photo, “Me and @jodiesweetin Christmas Day – a long, long time ago.”
