NFL Fans Think Bills-Chiefs Game Was Definitely “Rigged” Following Incredibly Fishy Game-Changing Call [VIDEO]

Disgruntled football fans think the NFL refs “rigged” the Kansas City Chiefs-Buffalo Bills game on Sunday night after a questionable call that benefited Josh Allen and the home team.

The highly anticipated showdown between the Chiefs and Bills featured more of the same: Highlight reel plays by both quarterbacks, a nail-biting finish and some head-scratching calls by the NFL refs.

With the Chiefs trailing 21-13 in the third quarter, Patrick Mahomes was penalized for intentional grounding on a pass that was clearly tipped by a Buffalo defender. You can see the slo-mo video below:

As fans know, NFL teams can challenge if a ball was tipped on pass interference penalties. In this case, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid wanted to challenge the call, but was told it was not reviewable:

Unhappy fans accused the NFL refs of fixing the game for Buffalo.

“🚨RIGGED TOTAL BILLS CHIEFS🚨 The NFL first overplayed their hand in the ‘reaper’ game 40-37. These Chiefs bills games always follow the same hollow inside script,” a user said.

“NFL obviously wants the Bills to win. Its obvious to everyone,” one fan said.

“@NFL you blatantly rigged the Chiefs Bills game. The intentional grounding call changed the whole trajectory of the game. The Chiefs could have scored a TD on that drive and would have won by a TD,” another said.

“A Carl Cheffers crew utterly and completely bungling a call that damages the Chiefs? Geez, where have I seen this crap before?” asked a fan.

“The regularly scripted chiefs losing to bills in the regular season only to beat them playoffs,” a user said.

Obviously, there’s no telling what could have been if the officials hadn’t thrown a flag. The Bills went on to win 28-21, extending their regular season win streak against Kansas City to five.
