There are many ancient legends about legendary temples and underground cities where mysterious creatures live. Some of them have been discovered by archaeologists. However, there are still unknown underground worlds lying under a veil of mystery.

Journey to meet indigenous white Americans
There is an interesting story about a mysterious underground world related to the 32nd President of the United States – Franklin D. Roosevelt.
In 1942, President Roosevelt invited a special couple to the White House in Washington. Their names are David and Patricia Lamb. At that time, the couple had just returned from a year of exploring the jungle in Chiapas, Mexico.
They told President Roosevelt that, during their journey, they had encountered a very dangerous tribe of native white Americans, who were the protectors of a vast underground system.
These Native Americans were quite short, like the legendary Dwarves, and they had pale pink skin.
The Lambs and their husband were very scared, but the tribesmen didn’t seem to want to kill them. However, they want strangers to leave their area.

David and Patricia asked the local tour guide who accompanied them to ask for some information. The guide must use several different indigenous languages to communicate with this tribe.
According to the tour guide, this tribe is called Lancando. They are people who have lived in this forest for many generations, and they have the mission of protecting the Great Temple, where the ancients reside. Lancando people worship these people and do not allow anyone to enter this place. They will destroy anyone who intends to trespass.
The mystery of the Lancando tribe
David Lamb said he had also heard about the mysterious Lancando tribe. French geographer Abbé Charles-Etienne de Bourbourg (1814-1874) mentioned this tribe in his documents. According to Bourbourg, these white Native Americans sometimes appear in small towns in Chiapas and western Guatemala. Clearly, these people are the remnants of an ancient civilization that once thrived in Central America.

However, all follow-up attempts to reach the “giant stone city,” which the Lancando people guarded, failed. They killed everyone who watched. Lamp and the instructor must also leave quickly to ensure safety.
During his exploration of this civilization, Lamb learned a lot from the native people. They were told that there were many precious ancient treasures in the underground city that the Lancando people guarded.
Among the precious artifacts is a sculptured plaque made of pure gold. It is written in hieroglyphs and contains historical content of the ancient world. According to scientists, the tablet reveals the story of the great flood and is said to have accurately predicted the events of World War II for humanity.

The Lamp couple never reached the underground city that the Lancando people were protecting. No one can come here either. However, that does not mean this is a fictional place. An underground city may exist and its entrance is probably hidden somewhere in the dense forests of Chiapas.
