During a break from her busy schedule at the Cannes Film Festival, Michelle Rodriguez decided to take a plunge in the pool at Hotel Eden-Roc on the French Riviera. The 39-year-old American actress, a veteran attendee of the festival with 16 appearances under her belt, wore a stylish silver bikini for the occasion. It’s no surprise that she chose to unwind and soak up some sun before hitting the red carpet again, making the most of her time in the glamorous resort town.
Michelle Rodriguez enjoyed some downtime during her visit to the French Riviera, taking a break from red carpet events to relax by the water. The former Lost star was seen preparing for a dive and swimming in the iconic hotel pool with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Later, she was spotted lounging on a jetty in a black robe embroidered with a unique skull and crossbones design.
Venturing towards the water’s edge, the actress from Lost positioned herself for a graceful dive into the pool. Michelle’s frequent visits to Cannes come as no surprise, as this year marks her 17th appearance at the prestigious film festival.
She has graced various glamorous events during the two-week celebration, such as the premiere of BlacKkKlansman alongside her close friend Jordan Barrett and the star-studded De Grisogono party on Tuesday night. Making a bold statement, the Fast And Furious star captivated onlookers in a stunning low-cut burgundy gown, opting to go braless for the occasion at the extravagant jewellery event.
Incredible Pin: She lounged with her legs hanging over the side of the pool.
“I was thrilled to be surrounded by explosive objects, racing cars, and real racers. It took me back to my days on the streets of Jersey at 2 AM, trying to avoid the cops.”
Excitedly, she continued, “I felt like I was living the dream, so caught up in the moment that I didn’t even pay attention to the script. I figured I’d deal with it later.”
Her upcoming movie, the cyberpunk thriller Alita: Battle Angel, is set to be released in December.
Here we go: The actress gracefully climbed the stairs of the hotel, heading back inside.
