A meeting of the minds! Emma Watson and her boyfriend enjoy an intellectual Broadway show

It seems Emma Watson is determined to spend every spare moment she can with her current squeeze as she prepares to return to university

For she was spotted treating Will Adamowicz to a Broadway show as they enjoyed some quality time together in New York on Sunday.

The Harry Potter star wore a satisfied smile as she waited to get their tickets at the posh Walter Kerr Theatre.

They were going to see a matinee performance of The Heiress, a 1947 play by American playwrights Ruth and Augustus Goetz.

Intellectual Emma, 22, was clearly excited to finally see the show, which tells the story of a wealthy yet plain heiress who is being courted by a money-hungry cad.

And she was as well dressed as ever for the occasion, wearing a stylish woolen coat and black blouse.

Her beau was far more casual however, dressed in a brown leather jacket and grey jeans.

Not so excited: Will seemed a little more reticent about the idea of watching a play from the 1940s

It’s the end of the road for Emma Watson’s unofficial gap year as she is going back to America’s Brown University in January for her third attempt at getting an English degree.

The actress enrolled there in 2010 but dropped out to work on the final Harry Potter film.

She then transferred to Oxford University for another stab in 2011, saying at the time she loves studying ‘more than anything’.
