The NFL‘s international popularity is growing every year. There are scheduled games in various parts of the world. Mexico City, London and Germany are some of the international venues where NFL teams play some of their games. The league is also planning to widen its horizons to different cities and are looking at potential options to host NFL games in the future. One team, however, has played only one international game so far and that’s the Dallas Cowboys.
The Cowboys’ only international game came in 2014 when they played in London. Dallas is the most popular NFL franchise and is also the most valuable sports club in the world. However, Cowboys’ owner, Jerry Jones is “very reluctant” to play overseas as his team attracts to most crowd during their home games.
Jones said on Wednesday, via the Dallas Cowboys’ official website:
I'm very reluctant to move a home game from here to there. We have a lot of fans. It fits for a lot of clubs, it doesn't fit for the Cowboys as much. We got the highest attendance in the NFL, of course. When we don't have a game here, it makes a big difference. When we aren't playing here, I want to be in Mexico City. The Cowboys have played 13 games so far this season and are 10-3 in those games. They are contenders to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl this year and are having a great season. They will play their next game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

Jerry Jones believes that Dak Prescott should be the NFL MVP this season
The Dallas Cowboys have been great in recent weeks and a major reason for that has been their QB Dak Prescott. The signal-caller has had a brilliant season and that has put him in the MVP conversations. Cowboys’ owner, Jerry Jones believes that he should win the MVP this season after a great game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
Jones said:
I thought this was a monumental game for him tonight. Everybody who follows the NFL knew that he had a lot of the expectation as to how he was going to perform and how he was going to meet this challenge. I would say he’s become the most valuable player right before our eyes in the last several months.
The Cowboys won their last game against the Eagles by 20 points. Prescott finished the game with 271 yards and 2 touchdowns while completing 24 of his 39 pass attempts. He will look to continue his form in the Cowboys’ upcoming games.
