Jennifer Lawrence’s new western-themed Vogue shoot is undeniably breathtaking, but it is behind the scenes where the actress truly shines, showing off her wild sense of humor in a new candid clip taken during the desert shoot.
In the short film for Vogue, the 25-year-old Hunger Games star dons ripped jeans and a white T-shirt as she pokes fun at celebrity interviews—and herself. And viewers can’t help but be charmed by Jennifer as she imitates the likes of Britney Spears and Michelle Obama and flirts with a horse handler.
‘I saw a black Cadillac SUV in my driveway, so I just assumed I should get in,’ Jennifer jokes while lounging on a bed in a dilapidated motel room in the desert. ‘And now I realize I have made the biggest mistake of my entire life.’

Wicked sense of humor: The 25-year-old star joked that her rundown motel room is where she pictures director Quentin Tarantino living
At the start of the video, the Oscar winner struts in and out of the hotel room door, each time introducing herself as a new celebrity. After playfully imitating Susan Sarandon, the First Lady, and Britney Spears, she rolls her eyes and falls to the floor as part of her best Kate Moss impression.
‘I might actually die at my Vogue shoot today,’ she says of the deserted location. ‘I feel like we are in [director] Quentin Tarantino’s house. I feel like this is where I imagine he lives.
After pointing out that all of the ‘bathrooms are fake’ and there is only ‘one trailer that everyone shares’, Jennifer tosses her hair coquettishly and asks: ‘Anyway, what kind of hard-hitting journalistic questions are you going to ask me?’
During the shoot for the magazine’s December issue, Jennifer was photographed riding a black horse named Cole, but before she gets in the saddle, she jokes: ‘If horses are anything like sharks, he will be able to smell my weakness.’

She then heads outside to meet her co-star and flirtatiously yells: ‘Hi, who is this handsome man?’
When the horse handler says: ‘This is Cole,’ Jennifer cheekily replies: ‘I was talking about you!’
The blonde beauty lovingly pets the horse before asking: ‘Do you want me to ride you? I bet you don’t. But guess what? I am going to do it anyway.’
Jennifer starts feeding Cole an apple, and as he devours the fruit out of her hand, she can’t help but joke: ‘This is probably what it is like to be on a date with me.’
At the end of the clip, Jennifer hoists up a light reflector while bragging that she can do her own lighting.

In the new issue of Vogue, Jennifer revealed that she is ‘lonely every Saturday night’ and searching for a man who isn’t intimidated by her success.
The actress, who was named the highest-paid actress by Forbes in 2015 after earning $52 million, said men are ‘mean’ to her in an effort to exert their ‘dominance’.
Jennifer was in an on-again, off-again relationship with her X-Men co-star Nicholas Hoult for years before they officially called it quits in August 2014. A year later, in August 2015, she split with Gwyneth Paltrow’s Coldplay rocker ex, Chris Martin, after dating on and off for a year.

Looking for love: The Hunger games star told the magazine that she ‘can’t wait to be married’
She says she wants to get married, but she believes her success makes finding love difficult.
She told the magazine, ‘No one ever asks me out. I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me.’ ‘I know where it’s coming from; I know they’re trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings. I’m just a girl who wants you to be nice to me. I am straight as an arrow.’
Ruminating on the game-like nature of dating at this age, Jennifer mentioned someone she had been seeing who she thought was’𝓈ℯ𝓍y,’ though she noted she didn’t like the way he made her feel.
‘When someone makes you insecure, it’s strangely exhilarating because you keep trying to fight for that validation. You want to have [validation] before you get married, so that you don’t seek it out once you are,’ she continued.
Cover girl: Jennifer is featured on the front of the December issue of Vogue, where she opens up about several topics, including the celebrity photo league, her A-list friends and marriage
‘I feel like I need to meet a guy, with all due respect, who has been living in Baghdad for five years who has no idea who I am.’
‘I can’t wait to be married,’ she revealed.
‘I feel like if I find that one person who I want to spend the rest of my life with, who I want to be the father of my children, that I would absolutely not f—k it up. But I’m also not banking on that.’
The Oscar winner also opened up about the celebrity photo hack, which she has previously labeled as a ‘𝓈ℯ𝓍 crime.’
