“THE IRWIN WIN-OR-DIE APOCALYPSE”: Robert and Witney Risk Everything in an EXTREME, High-Stakes Finale, Defying Gravity in a DESPERATE Gamble to Seize the DWTS Mirrorball

Robert Irwin and Witney Carson have made it to the Season 34 Dancing with the Stars finale. Parade talked to the pair after the semi-finals and got some fun teasers about how they are approaching the freestyle routine they will perform during the November 25 finale.

Irwin told Parade, “You ain’t seen nothing yet,” as he chuckled.

Carson explained, “It’s really our last dance, and there are no rules. So it’s whatever we want, we really want it to embody the season that we’ve had.”

She added that they want to highlight Irwin and “his personality and what he exudes and his message that he’s trying to tell everybody.”

Ultimately, Carson noted, they just want to combine all of those elements and have fun with the freestyle performance.

Irwin added that they really want to show everybody the “awesome dynamic” they have developed with one another. He noted that they have had a ton of fun in rehearsals, and he wants the “ridiculousness” and “hilariousness” they have experienced to come out in their performance.

He added that they also want their passion for the craft of dance and the intensity they share to come together in one “beautiful little package.”

Carson said she hopes viewers love it, and they both emphasized that they love the Dancing with the Stars fans “so much.”

According to E! News, the Season 34 Dancing with the Stars finale will up the ante for the five remaining pairs. Not only will they need to do a “Redemption Dance” and their freestyle, but they will also need to prepare for an “Instant Dance.”

Although the inclusion of an instant dance is not new to Dancing with the Stars, it is a first that the contestants will need to perform three times in the finale.

Irwin and Carson will be going up against tough competition in the Season 34 finale. Joining them are Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy, Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten, Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa, as well as Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach.

Dancing with the Stars fans will have high expectations for these freestyle dances, and it’s going to be a jam-packed finale that nobody will want to miss.

Can Irwin and Carson make history by taking home the Mirrorball Trophy? If they do, it’ll be the first time that sibling celebrity contestants have ever both won. Irwin’s sister, Bindi Irwin, won Season 21 in 2015.
