Iconic Partnership: Gal Gadot and Reebok Team Up for Supercharged Style.

Michelle Obama Shares in New Book Her Tricks for Managing Self-Doubt, Fear and These Anxious Times: ‘Yes, I Struggle’

In case you needed another reason to believe that Gal Gadot is a real-life superhero, the Wonder Woman actress is taking her talents to the world of fitness gear, as she’s just landed a gig as the latest face of Reebok.

The 32-year-old mother of two, who also recently became a global brand ambassador for Revlon, is starring in Reebok’s latest campaign in order to share the spirit of the brand’s “Be More Human” motto, which aims to inspire women everywhere to embrace fitness — which she’s been doing since a young age.

“Working out has always been a big part of my life, especially with having a mother who was a P.E. teacher, I was exposed to an active lifestyle from an early age,” Gadot shared in a press release. She joins Gigi Hadid, Victoria Beckham and Ariana Grande as partners for the brand. In the images, Gadot wears a lineup of leggings, tops and sports bras in a sophisticated black-and-white palette. Gadot also shared her excitement for her new role on Instagram:

“I’m pumped about my new partnership with @Reebok! Together, we’re going to find the fun in fitness, and the strength in sports! Ladies, let’s play,” the star captioned the photo.

For the star, exercise isn’t just about staying in shape. It’s also a source of empowerment and self-esteem, she explains.

“Through fitness, I have found that I gain strength, endurance and confidence, and I couldn’t imagine a better partner than Reebok to join me on this journey.”

Most recently, Gadot used her athleticism to get in tip-top shape for her starring role as an actual superhero in Wonder Woman. So much so that she put on 17 lbs. of muscle specifically for the role.

“Since I’ve started [training], I’ve gained about 17 lbs., and it’s all muscle,” Gadot, 32, told Glamour. “I feel so much better now. When you feel strong, it changes everything — your posture, the way you walk. I look at photos from five years ago and think, ‘Whoa, I was too skinny. It’s not cool.’ ”

And although she doesn’t actually have super powers IRL, she shares many of the same characteristics with her on-screen persona.

“I feel very privileged that I got the opportunity to portray such an iconic, strong female character,” Gadot told PEOPLE. “I adore this character and everything that she stands for — love, compassion, acceptance and truth.”
