Hery Cavill takes a dip in the ocean at Miami Beach and flaunts his best friend’s shirtless Sempermajesty.

SUPERMAN hunk Henry Cavill showed off his crazy muscly bod at Miami Beach after taking a dip in the ocean.

Henry was more James Bond than Clark Kent as he mimicked Daniel Craig’s emergence from the sea, the sun making his huge dripping wet muscles glisten.

The 33-year-old had been enjoying a swim in the sea but had told to come closer to shore because a lifeguard had been concerned that he had been swimming out too far.

He then changed into a grey vest, baggy black tracksuit bottoms, a baseball cap and flip flops to take a wander away from the beach.

The Brit actor has obviously been keeping in shape as he continues to play Superman in the 2017 film Justice League.

This new superhero movie sees Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) enlist the help of various other superheros in the DC Comics universe to help defeat an enemy. The cast includes a whole host of Hollywood royalty, including Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons, Jesse Eisenberg and Willem Defoe.

And it isn’t just Henry Cavill who’ll be muscly eye candy in the movie.

Hunky Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa, who played Khal Drogo in the HBO hit series, will be playing Aquaman in the film.

It unsurprisingly takes a lot of time and energy for Henry to keep huge muscles.

The actor has posted a number of snaps of himself working out.

In one Insta snap he’s pictured straining his arms and legs as he pulls a thick rope.

Next to the pic, he wrote: “1st week of training done. 7 days, 9 workouts and a whole lot of food!
#Superman #JusticeLeague #SupermanTraining”.

In another he grits his teeth and looks like he’s in pain as he lifts humongous weights.

He commented: “You helped raise the bar on Superman training today! I did 1 million reps in honour of you guys…just kidding, it wasn’t anywhere near that many but I did want to say thank you for the continuous support you have shown for the things that are dear to my heart! #thankyou #supermantraining #superman #justiceleague”.
