Stepping out with a pal in London, the actress looked far from her usually stylish self when she headed to the shops in a low-key, all-black look.

Carrying her meaty treat in one hand, the 23-year-old appeared to be feeling the chill as she opted for a thick, quilted jacket which fell to her knee.

The rest of her ensemble proved to be as casual as the rest, featuring a pair of cropped leggings and a matching jumper.

She finished off her look with a cute pair of white Converse trainers which featured a heart motif on the side, a very apt addition ahead of Valentine’s Day on Friday.

The pair chatted away as they walked through the city after it was announced that she would be starring in upcoming thriller, Regression, alongside starring Ethan Hawke.

‘I am passionate about Alejandro [Amenabar – writer] and his work and am so happy to be collaborating with him.

‘I’m really excited by the challenge my character presents to me as an actress… I can’t wait to begin,’ she said in a statement about the movie, Just Jared has reported.

It was alledged last week that Emma had been on the hunt for new digs in Manhattan, and had checked out one building on the Upper East Side.

The brand new condominium building currently has nine apartments available, including the penthouse with an asking price of $15.5 million.

It’s no wonder then that Emma, who is now dating Oxford University student Matthew Janney, might be willing to splash the cash, and move out of her current apartment which bares the reminders of her ex-boyfriend of two years Will Adamowicz.
