Roy Keane called Erling Haaland a “spoiled brat” and glared at host Dave Jones when asked what he thought of the Manchester City forward.

Keane said that the 23-year-old is “like a League Two player” after he scored four goals against Wolves on Saturday. Haaland responded by calling Keane names.

During Barcelona vs. Tottenham on Super Sunday, the Irishman made fun of Haaland while talking about the fight between Mohamed Salah and Jurgen Klopp on the sidelines.

He also said on Sky Sports, “We saw Haaland get taken off yesterday. He wasn’t happy and was acting like a spoiled kid.”

Because Man City wins and he scores goals, though, it’s almost easy to forget.

Keane, who used to be captain of Manchester United, looked at Jones with a cold face and said, “No, it’s not!” in answer to what he said.

Jones said that he might notice something after the game, and Daniel Sturridge, who was also in the studio, began to laugh.

“That’s fine,” Keane replied with a scathing grin.

He said this after the 1-1 draw at the Etihad: “The level of his overall play is rather low.” At least not today. I think he’s been cutting things off, like heads and such.

“He’s the best goalkeeper in the world.”

“However, it’s not good enough for a player of his level in general.” He needs to get better at it all the time, not just today. He looks like a player from League Two, in my view.

“He needs to play better all around, and he will in the coming years.”
