The actress and humanitarian, 43, was all smiles as she chaperoned Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 10, through the city.

Shiloh donned a yellow hoodie with blue arms plus the words ‘We are the champions’ across the front that she teamed with cut off khaki pants and sneakers.
Knox oped for a khaki green puffer jacket that he wore over a grey T-shirt, black pants and a knitted hat as his twin, Vivienne wore a black oversized hoodie, jeans and sneakers.
