Mop Gun 2! Tom Cruise struggles to keep his new longer locks under control after flying himself into London in a helicopter – T-News

Tom Cruise looked in great spirits as was seen at London’s Battersea Heliport on Friday.

The Hollywood superstar, 61, seemed to be struggling with high winds as they blew his long locks all over the place but he kept the smile on his face.

The night before, Tom was seen touching down after flying his own helicopter to the airstrip.  He has had his pilot’s license since 1994 and owns several aircrafts.

Tom and his co-pilot looked to be getting along well as the two shared a joke while inside the aircraft. Perhaps they were sharing hair tips.

The star looked incredibly at home in the cockpit of the aircraft as he emerged from the helicopter wearing his black pilot gloves.

The star arrived into London by private jet from Florida earlier this week as filming resumed for Mission Impossible 8.

Filming for the eighth instalment – which will likely be called Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two – has started up again after the actor’s strike delayed the production.

The star has clearly paid a visit to the hairdressers and had a noticeably lighter highlighted look than the darker hairdo he was pictured with summer.

It seems Tom will need to head to the barber’s to chop off his hair to transform into the slick field agent and operative Ethan Hunt before he shoots any scenes.

The actor has been an accomplished pilot for nearly 30 years after after securing his qualification in 1994.

Tom is no doubt eager to get back to work on the production after it had to be delayed due to the actor’s strike.

The actor was originally scheduled to return as field agent Ethan on June 28, 2024.

But it has been delayed by almost a year as studios are forced to rejig release dates after the actors’ strike.

Instead, Paramount Pictures has moved A Quiet Place: Day One into the slot, starring Emily Blunt.

Paramount has had to rejig its film release dates as the SAG-AFTRA actors’ strike is still ongoing, though the WGA writers’ strike has come to an end.
