Every day, I normally get up early. To be honest, I’ve always gotten up early, and I shower first before praying. Say a prayer and take a shower. The daily schedule is the same every day.
Depending on what time of day we train, I’ll do something different next. Even though our report time is about 9.30 a.m., I like to arrive a little early and get some therapy. I usually arrive around an hour early to meet the medical staff for treatment and then go to the gym to prepare for the day’s training.
It ultimately comes down to personal preference; some athletes choose to seek treatment, while others do not. I will go since I always want to feel fit. I will go to the doctor and tell them about any minor concerns I may have.
At this level, every percentage point counts, thus I believe it is critical that a football player maintains peak physical condition at all times, especially if they know they have preparation options. You have to use it, and I work hard every day to accomplish precisely that. When I’m feeling tired in my groin, calf, hamstring, or back, I visit Melwood for therapy.
I normally eat breakfast at home before heading to work, but if I have an early report, I might go to Melwood. My daily food varies greatly; some days I have oatmeal, some days I have eggs and bread, and some days I have almonds with fruit and yogurt. I don’t have a favourite food in general. My only guideline is that I must eat healthily at all times. It is really crucial. I just eat healthy foods at all times.
My capacity to listen to my body’s cues has improved. When I was younger, I had no idea about any of this, so I could eat whatever I pleased. I feel that young athletes should start early, eat well, and be well-prepared. Also, get to bed early!
You may not have this level of expertise or understanding when you’re younger, but it’s critical to get started in the proper direction straight immediately. I believe it is preferable to take use of the numerous possibilities available to football players in order to maintain their current level of performance for as long as possible. This, combined with regularly putting forth a tremendous deal of effort in your workout, is critical.
Every day, about 7.30 p.m. on the same day, I eat my evening meal. Again, I believe that a nutritious meal is the most important thing.

After that, I may, but not always, check social media. Although most people in our generation use cellphones and use social media, I don’t like to post on social media very much, but I do occasionally post on Instagram. I don’t frequent the website on a regular basis, but I do take a look on occasion.
I do, however, speak with my mother, uncle, and sisters on a daily basis. Since they are back at home, I always call them. I used to strongly miss home, but now that I’m here, working, and experiencing Europe, I don’t have those feelings. Although I adore my nation and would be delighted to return if given the opportunity, I do not feel homesick or miss my previous location while working here.

Like football players, I don’t mind staying in hotels for extended periods of time. I am using it right now. I believe it is crucial since it may help you focus better.
When we travel, I usually eat at the hotel and then return to my room to watch TV or a movie on my iPad before going to bed. I always get great sleep, whether I’m in a hotel or at home. The departed
