Taylor Swift just had a stage that goes down in the history of the American Music Awards.

Taylor Swift just had the stage of a lifetime at  the 2019 American Music Awards! That’s for sure! After months of fighting over the copyright of old songs with Scooter Braun and Big Machine, finally, at the 2019 AMAs stage, she was able to fully perform the best hits of her career.

The medley was performed in this “super medley” in order: “The Man” (from the album “Lover”), “Love Story” (from the album “Fearless”), “I Knew You Were Trouble” (from the album “Red”), “Blank Space” and “Shake It Off” (from the album “1989”) and “Lover” (from the album “Lover”). And of course, she didn’t miss this momentous occasion to “torment” Scooter Braun hard!

Opening with “The Man”, Taylor Swift dressed in simple white, but on it were the names of all her albums so far, an extremely impressive expression. Later, the sound effects showed the sound of glass breaking in unison with the singer’s hand movements, showing a “break from the shackles”. In addition, choosing “The Man”, a brand new song, not a hit at all, for the opening performance also clearly expresses Taylor Swift’s strong feminist message: that she, the woman, will control her own destiny, not letting anyone affect her path anymore.
