But 10 years prior to Gal Gadot’s hit the big screens, becoming one of the biggest hits from the struggling cinematic universe, Angelina Jolie was initially eyed to tackle the role of Diana.

Back in the mid-2000s, when superhero films were popping off, director Joss Whedon originally crafted a script for a feature, eyeing Angelina Jolie as Diana.
