Contrary to many experts’ predictions about Liverpool easily defeating MU. The “Red Devils” at home played courageously and won 4-3 in the end.

This win helps Ten Hag and his team advance straight to the FA Cup Semifinals and expand their chances of winning the championship. Needless to say, this is MU’s most dramatic victory of the season to date. 

A major contributor to this achievement was Kobbie Mainoo. The 18-year-old young star had an excellent performance against Liverpool’s famous midfield including Mac Alister, Endo Wataru and Dominik Szoboszlai. 

According to Sofasores, Kobbie Mainoo has a 100% dribble rate, 10 clearances, 2 tackles and 1 key pass. The English midfielder showed terrifying composure under the pressure of 3 or 4 Liverpool players. 

Kobbie Mainoo also made two breakthroughs on the left wing, making Mac Alister and Endo Wataru confused in blocking. Everything would have been more complete if Scott McTominay had scored in that situation.
