In an effort to increase their privacy, Beyoncé and Jay are contemplating relocating their family from New York to Los Angeles while she prepares to give birth to twins. They have submitted bids on the magnificent, recently built mansion located at 454 Cuesta Way in the private East Gate neighborhood of Bel Air. The property, which is being offered off-market for $135 million, has recently undergone a comprehensive renovation from every inch. In addition to eleven bathrooms, a large spa with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room, and a media room with space for a recording studio, the property features a 15-car garage.
