Sir Jim Ratcliffe is targeting the shock transfer of Luton Town midfielder Ross Barkley, to replace an aging and out of form Casemiro.
Both Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his companion Sir David Brailsford have been extremely interested in Barkley’s playing style since the day this player first became famous.
