Ariana Grande paid homage to her Yes, And? remix collaborator Mariah Carey on Thursday with an oversized T-shirt featuring the singer’s Butterfly album cover.
The Wicked actress, 30, wore the makeshift dress with knee-high boots and a large grey jacket.
She moved the coat off of her shoulders, exposing more of the dress, her blonde hair scraped back in a ponytail.
And Mariah, 54, was a fan of the look, as when she came across it on Twitter she shared to her own page with the words ‘she ate’ – slang used to describe a person doing something well.
The dress and the tweet came a day after the women released the Yes, and? remix of Ariana’s January comeback song of the same name.

Yes, And? was Ariana’s first song since her 2023 collaboration with The Weeknd, Die For You (Remix), and her first solo song since 2021’s POV.
The remix marked her and The Weeknd’s fourth collaboration, and became both artists’ seventh Billboard number one hit.
Ariana, whose film Wicked, her first as a lead actress, releases in November, announced the Yes, And? remix with Mariah on Instagram on Wednesday.
The cover art for the remix is a polaroid image of the two blonde beauties up close looking into the camera.
She wrote: ‘I cannot believe the words I am typing. Yes, And? Remix feat the one and only queen of my heart and lifelong inspiration is out this Friday.’
‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dream come true and for sprinkling your brilliance and magic on my little song,’ Ariana added in a note to Mariah.
Mariah commented on the post: ‘Darling angel, I am so effing excited to be joining you on the yes, and? remix!! This is such a magical moment!! Love you ❤️ MC.’
The remix marks Mariah’s first single since 2023’s The Wrap released from her twelfth studio album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, which came out in 2009.

Mariah’s album Butterfly was released in 1997 and spawned the hit singles Honey and My All. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.
Ariana has been making her love for Mariah known for years – though Mariah didn’t become aware of the singer until some point between 2016 and 2020.
She cried in a 2020 documentary Excuse Me, I Love You when she learned that Mariah wanted to work with her, sweetly asking: ‘Does that mean she likes me?’
Ariana then said: ‘The fact that she thought of me is very soul-shaking. You know what I mean? It just means a lot, as an artist and a fan,’ she said before tearing up.
