Cristiano Ronaldo continued to play brilliantly to help Al Nassr win 3-0 when welcoming Al Akhdoud at home in round 14 of the Saudi Pro League.

The Portuguese superstar had a double in this win, including a super goal from a distance of 30 meters to set the match score.

Ronaldo’s impressive performance helped Al Nassr temporarily close the gap with Al-Hilal in the race for the Saudi Pro League crown this season.

The victory over Al Akhdoud helped Al Nassr extend their unbeaten streak to 19 (winning 18 matches) and continue to rank second on the Saudi Pro League rankings with 34 points after 14 rounds. Ronaldo’s team temporarily shortened the gap to 1 point compared to Al-Hilal, but played 1 more match.

In the next matches, Al Nassr will host Persepolis in the 2023 AFC Champions League group stage on November 28.

Notably, 4 days later, Ronaldo and his teammates will return to the Saudi Pro League with an important match against the group’s top team, Al-Hilal, on the morning of December 2.
