KANYE West has shocked fans with a worrying detail on his face in a new video.

The rap music legend shared a clip from the airport on Instagram on Monday, but fans were concerned about his appearance.

In the post, Kanye, 46, walked through an airport with his wife Bianca Censori, 29.

As he walked, Kanye filmed a close-up video of himself, as he ranted about fan criticism of his NSFW photos and videos of Bianca.

While Bianca went braless in a tiny white bodysuit reading “WET,” Kim Kardashian’s ex wrapped up in a black rain jacket.

Kanye also showed off his new titanium dentures, with fans pointing out his lisp as he spoke through the expensive metal.

However, many fans also fixated on Kanye’s top lip, where a large lump was evident in the middle.

“What’s that thing on yo lip,” asked one of his fans.

“I was wondering the same thing,” said another.

In response, many fans shared their theories about the lump, ranging from a blister or cut from being in a fight, to a simple cold sore.

Many of his social media users placed the blame on his grills, claiming that the hard metal had given him and injury.

“I’d say he’s accidentally bitten his lip with the titanium teeth lol,” said one.

“More like his new grill on his teeth that is extremely sharp – prolly got cut on it,” a second agreed.

“Think he bit his lip accidentally with his grills,” a third commenter added.

On January 17, Kanye and his dental doctors announced that he’d gotten a full set of titanium dentures.

The Yeezy founder showed off the full grill he had installed, revealing both the solid titanium piece shining in front of a black background, and a close-up of it in his mouth.

The custom dentures, which are said to be “more expensive than diamonds,” were designed by Kanye and cost him an eye-watering $850,000.

A source told the publication that the surgical implant is unique to Ye and was fitted by Dr. Thomas Connelly in Beverly Hills, California, alongside Naoki Hayashi, Master Dental Technician.

“[Kanye] was a pleasure to work with every step of the process. His vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression,” Dr. Connelly shared.

It was initially reported that Kanye had removed his teeth completely, but Dr. Connelly later clarified that the metals were simply fixed to his teeth.

While fans were concerned about Kanye’s appearance in the video, its purpose was to slam fans who’d criticized his treatment of Bianca.

“Ima post my wife as much as I want bro It makes me happy Some people don’t want you to be happy They want you to make them happy I decided to make myself happy and I’m happy with that,” he captioned the clip.

The video came just after Kanye came under fire for posting a video of Bianca in a tiny thong bodysuit that barely covered her body while they were out at a club.

“You’ve been saying for years that your daughter needs better role models yet you do stuff like this. What if your daughter was dating a guy like you who dressed her the way you dress yours?” asked one fan.

“Objectifying your wife like that is not good man. I hope one day you get back to being humble and decent. You seem so lost,” said another.

Kanye shares four children – including two daughters – with Hulu star Kim, 43.
