Kanye West’s $6.7m Yeezy headquarters roof disappears as he guts entire interior

KANYE West is at it again gutting another one of his multi-million-dollar properties in Los Angeles – leaving it with no roof.

This time, the 46-year-old rapper has had construction workers rip out the interior and remove the roof of his $6.7million Yeezy headquarters in West Hollywood.

Photographs and aerial footage exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun show the 7,400-square-foot space, which had already been painted gray, looking like a construction site.

It is now filled with metal poles holding the structure up, work benches, forklifts, and piles of material.

A few trash cans and pots of paint can also be seen in the giant showroom, which has seen a lot of action recently.

In one photo, a worker is pictured pacing the property, while sources say they are working hard to keep out homeless people who have camped nearby.

A wooden board is often placed over the main door at the side alleyway to keep people out, as staff are seen coming and going in numerous vehicles.

The huge space was bought by Kanye in March last year through his Oxpaha LLC company, a Delaware firm incorporated the same month, according to deed documents.

The address for the LLC is the same as the headquarters for the business giants CSC in Wilmington, whose clients include Apple, Amazon, and Starbucks.

Bianca, who was previously named special power of attorney for a separate property deal, is listed as the point of contact for the firm on official papers.

Kanye previously set up a similar company – Ox Paha Inc – when he trademarked the word: “Yews,” under some classifications from cosmetics to clothing.

A source close to Kanye previously told The U.S. Sun that the space has been used for everything from private fashion events to work days with Yeezy employees on sewing machines.

It is said to be more of a “multi-purpose venue” than a store for shoppers after the star also covered up all of the windows on the outside of the property.

Insiders say he is still working with American Apparel founder Dov Charney, who was hired to work with the star and relaunch his Yeezy clothing line.

Kanye found himself canceled following his anti-Semitic remarks about the Jewish community and his career has been in freefall ever since.

The rapper and entrepreneur was dropped by everyone from his talent agency CAA to big-name brands including Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga.

He has been keen on a fashion comeback and is selling goods on his website, although it’s hard to know how many items have been shipped out to customers.

Kanye has also been recording his new album, Vultures, with collaborator Ty Dollar $ign, but it’s already been pushed back many times – with a new release date of February 9.

The hitmaker previously claimed to have lost an eye-watering “$2billion in a day” and continues to face mounting legal battles and unpaid tax bills.

But it still appears he has plenty of money in the bank, as he spent most of last year traveling around the world with his wife, Bianca Censori.

Despite having an apartment just minutes away, they have been staying at the five-star Chateau Marmont Hotel on Sunset Strip, sources have confirmed.

On Wednesday, a source told The U.S. Sun that Kanye has now jetted to Orlando, Florida ahead of Travis Scott’s performance on February 1.
