Fans had a lot to say about the interview moment, praising Scarlett Johansson for her reaction.
Fans Had A Blast With Scarlett Johansson’s Interview Moment
Fans had quite the reaction to Scarlett Johansson’s take on the ‘fashion element’ involved during The Avengers. For the most part, fans felt for Johansson having to answer such a question.
A fan noticed Dave Bautista having some fun of his own over the question.
“Poor ScarJo still getting the nonsense question and i love that when Batista got a question he also started talking about his fashion choices.”
“Scarlett Johansson should not be getting questions about fashion when are we going to stop this nonsense being so interested in fashion.”
“But props to her.. she really patiently tried to give an answer without totally blowing up. 10 years into this franchise and she’s still getting this question.”
Fans clearly had a lot to say about the moment and, for the most part, the general base of fans just didn’t appreciate the question to begin with. In truth, it wasn’t the first time Johansson had to deal with a “soft” question.
Scarlett Johansson Has Put Other Reporters On Blast For Asking About Her Outfits
During several Avengers Q&A session, Scarlett Johansson took exception to the questions. Another moment featured a question about her diet for the film. Scarlett was let down by the question, given that Robert Downey Jr. was just asked a deep question prior about the film and his role.
Johansson’s reaction continued, especially when asked about her tight outfits in films. She told Howard Stern during their interview, “I got so tired of being asked how long it took me to put on my suit, and what do I wear under there. I said, ‘I’m sorry, do you happen to ask a man this question?’”
Stern said in response, “Nobody cares about guys. It’s disgusting. I don’t want to think about Robert Downey Jr. getting into his Iron Man clothes. I think it’s intriguing, especially to men. You’re nude, but you’re not nude.”
Asking Scarlett Johansson about her 5’2 height is also a bad idea. The actress could not understand why those in the media assumed she was taller.
“Wow, you’re really short.’ I get that a lot. [They say] ‘You’re a lot shorter than I thought you were’. I’m like, ‘Wow, how is that ever OK to say to someone?’ It’s so bizarre. Yes. It’s, ‘You’re really short.’”
The actress has put up a lot throughout her career, but it looks like she always has the perfect response.
