Comedian Kevin Hart shows off the first Ferrari SF90 Spider supercar in the US

To mark the release of the psychological crime drama True Story on the Neflix live movie platform, comedian Kevin Hart rewarded himself with a Ferrari SF90 Spider supercar. More specifically, this is the first SF90 Spider delivered to the US.

Back to Kevin Hart’s first Ferrari SF90 Spider in the US, the car has a glossy black exterior paint color called Nero Daytona. Accompanying this paint color on the exterior is a set of single five-spoke wheels, painted black, inside is a ceramic-carbon fiber brake system with prominent yellow brake shackles.

Inside the cockpit, Kevin Hart’s convertible hybrid supercar has a predominantly black leather interior with contrasting details such as stitching, stripes and the yellow Ferrari logo. In both the exterior and interior, many details of the car are decorated with carbon fiber.

The Ferrari SF90 Spider is a convertible version of the Ferrari SF90 Stradale with a hard-top roof system, operated via buttons located in the cockpit. According to Ferrari’s announcement, this roof can open and close in about 14 seconds and can also operate while the car is running. Made entirely of aluminum, the SF90 Spider’s roof is about 40 kg lighter than Ferrari’s first hard-top structures.

Like the SF90 Stradale, the SF90 Spider uses a 4.0-liter V8 F154 engine with a maximum capacity of 780 horsepower and a maximum torque of 800 Nm. The vehicle’s electric hybrid drive system includes three electric motors with two located on the rear axle and one on the front axle. The electric motors increase the car’s power by about 220 horsepower, increasing the total capacity this supercar can use to nearly 1,000 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque.

The car’s power is sent to all four wheels through an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, so the car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 7 seconds. and reaches a maximum speed of 340 km/h. SF90 Spider has 4 driving modes including eDrive, Hybrid, Performance and Qualify. eDrive driving mode will only use the electric motor system to operate the vehicle.

In terms of technology, Ferrari equips its car model with a full-time four-wheel drive system with electronic traction control technology (eTC) and 3rd generation electronic differential (eDiff3), system F1 traction control (F1-Trac) with side slip angle control system (eSSC), along with energy recovery technology when braking. The vehicle uses the SCME-Frs suspension system and finally, temporary engine shutdown technology through the High Emotion Low Emission (HELE) equipment package.

Ferrari SF90 Spider has a starting price of 558,000 USD. Like other supercars produced by Ferrari, the SF90 Spider will have a seven-year warranty.
