Fabio Paim and Cristiano Ronaldo used to share leftover hamburgers from McDonald’s every night. They were such good friends that they even went on a holiday together a few weeks before Ronaldo became the star of Euro 2004.

Paim and Ronaldo may have had a three-year age difference, but their love for football and fast food brought them together as close friends. Although Ronaldo was known for his ultra-healthy diet, they would often go to McDonald’s at night to pick up the burgers that were no longer in demand. Despite not playing together frequently as children, they spent vacations together and trained with the national team. Paim first met Ronaldo when they were eight years old and competed in a competition in Madeira. Although Paim did not expect Ronaldo to become one of the greatest football players of all time, he knew he was dedicated and hardworking. Ronaldo’s dedication and hard work led him to achieve everything he could, leaving nothing in his possession. Paim’s career ended as he pursued a lifestyle of fame and money, while Ronaldo continued to become one of the greatest football players of all time, winning numerous awards.
As a young athlete in the Sporting academy, Ronaldo would become upset whenever he faced defeat. This was a natural reaction for him, as losing was not something he took lightly.
Siг Alex Ferguson was highly impressed by the way he played for SportingCredit, according to AP: Associated Press.
Back in 2003, when Ronaldo joined Manchester United, he famously praised Paim’s skills. This was a major endorsement coming from one of the greatest footballers of all time. The credit for this quote goes to Getty.
Paim and Ronaldo traveled to Brazil just weeks before the latter’s success at Euro 2004. The former player, who spent twenty years on loan in Chelsea’s reserves earning £10,000 a week, regrets the mistakes that caused him to waste his natural talent. Despite some disagreement in Portugal, he maintains that Ronaldo is the best player of all time, surpassing even Lionel Messi.
Paim brought S????nSpoгт to his barbershop, where the owner, a Messi fanatic, has outlawed discussion of Ronaldo. Paim responded with humor, but ultimately declares Ronaldo as the greatest due to his dedication and accomplishments. However, he also claims that he could have outperformed Ronaldo if he had put in the same amount of work and dedication.
Paim regrets some of his decisions but now helps young people avoid his mistakes. He briefly played football again in Poland but does not see himself playing with Ronaldo again, though he would do so if asked. He acknowledges that their lives are different now, but if they cross paths, they will still talk like old friends.
