Toni Kroos appeared in round 25 of La Liga 2022/2023 against Espanyol. The midfielder born in 1990 contributed 1 assist to help the “White Vultures” win 3-1 against the opponent to continue chasing Barca in the race to the championship.

The match against Espanyol was Kroos’ 400th appearance in a Real Madrid shirt. Kroos entered the history of the Spanish Royal team as the German player who played the most matches for Los Blancos.

Of the 400 matches mentioned above, Kroos appeared in 263 in La Liga, 93 in the Champions League, 20 in the Copa del Rey, 11 in the Spanish Super Cup, 9 in the FIFA Club World Cup and 4 in the European Super Cup. Kross has 255 wins with Real Madrid and scored 27 goals.

Since joining Real Madrid in 2014, Kroos has become a mainstay in the midfield of the Spanish Royal team. He and Los Blancos won 4 Champions League titles, 5 FIFA Club World Cups, 4 European Super Cups, 3 La Liga and 3 Spanish Super Cups.

Currently, Kroos’ contract with Real Madrid is only valid until the end of this season. According to some sources, the Spanish Royal team is negotiating an extension with the German midfielder.
